Was in Canlubang, Laguna yesterday for an impromptu shoot for our client, a truck company, and my team and I had to do some last minute ocular. During my moments alone, as I survey the place, I was listening to my prepped up OPM playlist. I had to forward/revert to every song Francis M sang and man, it's hard to imagine a positivist (if there's a word) whose tunes I grew up with, is sick with something grave. So everytime "Kabataan para sa Kinabukasan" (Children for the Future) ends, I play it back, making every lyric count and it gives this uplifting feeling that I am so psyched to hear his new album with fellow sick musician Ely Buendia.
Please support their cause. It may look selfish (coz sales will, without a doubt, go to their medical bills), but it's an empty Pinoy music scene without them, especially Francis M.

Verbatim
Early today, as I was going to work, I decided not to sleep off the trip as I usually did. While listening to the thought-provoking anthems of The Wuds, I watched phonelines strewn on each post run an endless mile.
"Sa araw-araw ay laging ganito / nagugulo na ang isipan / di na makita ang hinahanap / kahit sa t.v. o sa radyo / sa mga tao sa paligid ko"
Tama ka, Bobby Balingit.
